Most items are shipped by the US Postal Service. Almost all products ship by the next business day.
Delivery confirmation is available for all shipments, and is emailed to buyer upon shipment.
Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge..Please choose your shipping method or make a request via email and we will give you a quote! You can expect us to ship most products Priority Mail for just $3.85 added to the order.
International orders ship at US Postal service rate. You will be presented with shipping options that the post office supplies for your country and the rate.
Most international orders should ship Airmail Parcel Post (5-10 day delivery) for speed and cost.
RETURNS
We strive to provide you with world class service. For brand new unopened merchandise,
returns will be accepted within 7 business days of delivery. Return shipping
is the responsibility of the customer.
For refurbished or used merchandise, a 7 day return policy exists with a 20%
restocking fee.
To request a return, you must receive a RMA # from our Customer Service department.
